Brad Hildebrandt, a leading expert on the management of the legal profession, formed Hildebrandt, Inc. in 1978 to provide a broad range of management and consulting advice to law firms, law departments and government agencies. Hildebrandt Consulting LLC provides strategic consulting services specializing in strategic advice and implementation, research, mergers and acquisitions and other unique situations. The firm’s worldwide knowledge of the profession is unparalleled and serves clients in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Mr. Hildebrandt’s extensive knowledge of the legal profession and unique understanding of the dynamics of professional services firms have led him to become the leading global authority on the business of the practice of law. As such, he is a regular speaker at law firm partnership meetings.
Mr. Hildebrandt has played an active role in most of the major law firm mergers in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. He also serves as a confidential, long-term advisor to a number of large law firms.
Mr. Hildebrandt designed and chairs the Thomson Reuters Legal Executive Briefing held each year in Pebble Beach. This conference attracts over 100 law firms from 10 countries and is often referred to as the “Davos” of the legal profession. Additionally, Mr. Hildebrandt is the chairman of the Asian and Latin American Legal Executive Briefings.
In addition to his consulting practice, Mr. Hildebrandt is an ordained Lutheran minister with a Master’s Degree in Theology.
